Israel has launched air strikes in Lebanon and is restricting gatherings in the city of Haifa and other northern areas as it continues to attack targets linked to Hezbollah. A spokesperson for the IDF said the strike came as Hezbollah commanders "were gathered underground under a residential building."

At least 31 people, including three children, were killed in Friday's strike, Lebanese officials said. Israel's military said a top Hezbollah commander was among the dead.
