The full list of the 17 candidates contesting in the Edo 2024 governorship election and their parties has emerged. The winner will succeed Godwin Obaseki.

Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda will contest from Garhi Sampla-Kiloi seat, state unit chief Udai Bhan for Hodal, and wrestler Vinesh Phogat for Julana.
