This year’s Women’s T20 World Cup is the ninth edition of the competition since its creation in 2009. That year, England triumphed over New Zealand in the final, on home soil, but Australia have won six of the subsequent seven tournaments.

After arriving in Lahore, ICC Women's T20 World Cup trophy will be unveiled at Multan Stadium during Pak vs SA match.

According to details, the trophy will be exhibited during the match between Pakistan Women and South Africa in Multan. Subsequently, the trophy will tour Faisalabad on September 19.
